Dear Landlord,
I would love to rent a beautiful house long term in winter, this time from 1st november 2024 to end of may or 15th of june 2025 (and the following years around 15th of september to 15th of june, but I’m flexible).
Last winter I was already in the area Los Canos de Meca, Zahora, Conil de la Frontera and around with my motorhome and I love it!
But I’m not getting younger, so I prefer from now on to stay in a house.
It is really nice that you accept pets, but I know owning 3 dogs is unusual…
I fully understand if you have concerns, but my dogs (and maybe me?!) are special, I put a lot of work into their education for a very good behavior!
To show you, how good my dogs are fitting everywhere, I will post some pictures here and write a bit more about them and me and my plans.
First of all, they are nice, friendly with people and dogs, they love kids, they are well trained, the listen to me, they are not noisy, they don’t destroy anything, they are used to many many different places. The right one is even
from Spain. 🙂
And they are simply adorable!
They behave well in a restaurant (This was this winter in Spain, ‚PuraTapa‘ in Torreguadiaro).
The little one is also already used to lay down and stay calm in restaurants.
They are used to different houses with different dogs and people.
inside and outside 🙂
They stay calm, when they have to wait.
With or without leash, just waiting.
They get along with all dogs…
…and even goats.
They are always in a good mood.
They can go shopping. Ok, not really, but they can walk with me in the village even off the leash.

I could go on and on with more pics and stories, but I don’t want to bore you more than necessary. I only want to proof, that my dogs will be amazing guests in your beautiful house!

I usually spend the summer in Germany (nah, you can’t really call it summer…) but autumn and winter and part of spring in southern Europe. I work online except some photography-events in summer in Germany so I can work everywhere.
I already lived some years abroad and I love it, but its also nice to go back to my home-country for some month every year. And so it’s just amazing with the season-rent for 9 month from mid of September.
Sadly this year I have a lot of work until end of October in Germany, so I can rent your house earliest from 1st of November 2024 to 15th of June 2025.
But for next year, I can rent it the whole period except the summer time, when you need it for tourist-bookings.
